I've shopped at Carousel several times, and it’s always been a breeze. The shipping is quick, and returning stuff is a piece of cake. Just picked up a cardigan and a sweater. The quality of these pieces is amazing. (I already own the same cardigan I just got in a different shade. I've had it for at least five years, and it still looks brand new). Huge thanks to the Carousel crew! 🙏🙂

I've ordered from Carousel a number of times and the process has always been very smooth. Delivery is fast and returns are easy. Just brought a cardigan and a jumper. The dress showed up in just a day, and I was really into how it fit. It's often tough to discover something that suits my shape, but this dress was just perfect. Plus, the quality is fantastic!

I got a Fox Print Dress in size 12. It fit well and had beautiful designs. Rachael, the Support Agent I chatted with, provided top-notch customer service. Just needed a little tweak on the sleeves. While riding the escalator at the train station, I noticed some guys checking it out, and my female coworkers gave me compliments too.

Unfortunately, the color bleeds when washed in cold water by hand. At 79 Euros before tax, it’s not exactly a bargain, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. To make matters worse, I received a different dress today, the Fay Olive Geo Print, from ilovecarousel, and it was made of soft corduroy, which wasn’t mentioned on the site. I expressed my concerns to the lovely Rachael during our chat. She took the time to talk to her manager, who kindly asked me to return the dress for a refund. I get that the dress was prewashed at the factory to prevent color running.

-The dress attracted attention from male passengers as I rode the escalator at a train station.

Sadly the colour runs in a cold, hand wash. At 79Eur excluding tax, it is not cheap Hence the 4*. Furthermore, I was not happy to receive a dress today, The Fay Olive Geo Print, from ilovecarousel made of soft Cord which was not indicated on it's website. Having made my sore point with the lovely Rachael, the Support Agent on a live chat. She has taken the initiative to speak to her manager who has kindly asked me to send the dress for refund. I understand the respective dress has been prewashed at the factory so the colour does not run.

What a fantastic experience with this company! I was in a bit of a rush for my first order and had a hard time picking what I wanted (man, it was tough since I was eyeing everything). I ended up getting 4 dresses, planning to keep just two. The refund for the two I sent back was processed super fast.

I wore the Ava Geo Dot to a wedding with an underskirt, and I felt absolutely stunning. I was so glamorous while being really comfy. No fussing with strapless bras or shapewear; I just slipped on my dress and off I went. Got tons of compliments, and folks were even more wowed when I mentioned it had pockets!

I did run into a little hiccup with a print flaw on my Cactus Ava dress, but they handled it quickly and without any hassle.

I can't recommend this company enough. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase!

What an amazing company to deal with. I needed my first order in a hurry and couldn't decide what I wanted (such a tough decision when I really wanted it all). I bought 4 dresses with the intention of keeping two. The refund was issued very quickly for the two dresses I returned.

I wore the ava geo dot to a wedding with an underskirt and I felt absolutely amazing. I felt so glamorous while being incredibly comfortable. I didn't have to mess about with strapless bras or shape wear, I just put on my dress and away I went. I got so many compliments on the dress and everyone was even more impressed when I pointed out that it had pockets.

I had an issue with a print flaw on my cactus ava dress but it was sorted out so quickly and easily.

I can't reccomend this company enough. I can't wait to buy more from them.
